Succulents
Succulents are amazing plants that hold water in their leaves! You’ll notice that most succulents have thickened, swollen leaves as opposed to flat, flexible leaves like other plants.
Even the word succulent refers to the fact that the plant itself holds water – the world succulents comes from the Latin word sucus, which means “juice” or “sap”.
Succulents typically needs less watering and are very drought resistant. One of the best ways to kill a succulent is by overwatering it!
